We’re looking at tasty, nourishing options for filling your lunchbox (school-friendly and suitable for grown-ups too) in this hands-on community cooking class!

What’s Included:
- Overview of lunchbox filling options, discussing ingredients, storage, equipment etc.
- Make oatmeal breakfast cookies.
- Make pancakes two ways (sheet pan and muffins).
- Make green goddess salad and yoghurt dressing.
- How to dehydrate apples (and other fruits/vegetables).
- How to make fruit leather/rollups in a dehydrator.
- Make bliss balls.
- Ingredients and equipment included/provided to make the above recipes together in class.
- Take home samples of everything in your lunchbox!
- Printed course notes with recipes from the class plus tips, links and our other favourite lunchbox recipes, including focaccia, fruit/vegetable juices, gelatine gummies, mini pies, mini pizza, salad (Asian-style, broccoli/quinoa and Thai-style), sandwich fillings, sausage rolls/scrolls, sushi, vegetable nuggets, wraps, zucchini slice and dehydrated vegetable wraps in a rainbow of colours and flavours!
-Plus tea, coffee and catering (raw cold-pressed fruit/vegetable juice + fresh kale slaw salad/wrap for lunch).

Unfortunately due to the nature of this hands only class, we're only able to accomadate 18yrs+
