Learn how to make your own gourmet sausages at home! From British-style to beef, chicken, pork (and other) sausages, adding herbs, fruit and nuts - for traditional sausages and lean sausages too. We’ll be exploring ingredients, flavour combinations, and demonstrating how to mince, mix and make fresh sausages step-by-step using locally sourced meat, natural flavours and no artificial ingredients. Have a go at making sausages with us on the day if you like! Course notes included. Bookings essential.
