Do you love eating (or baking) scones?
Want to learn how to make scones?
Come join this new hands-on community cooking workshop and learn everything you need to know to make perfectly baked scones time and time again!
From classic to fruit scones, scone rounds, scone danish, lemonade scones (and much more).
We’ll also whip up some fresh cream and jam in the kitchen to enjoy with scones for afternoon tea.
Sometimes, making scones at home can be tricky – so this workshop is a space for everyone to learn together!

If you have scone-making experience, want to show off a batch of your famous homemade scones, share a scone recipe or want to learn more as a beginner, we would love to have you join us!

What’s Included:
- Overview of types of scones and how to make them, including measuring ingredients, mixing by hand (or machine), dough handling (rolling, cutting and shaping), baking scones, serving ideas, storage tips, ingredients, etc.
- Equipment discussion (we provide equipment and gloves to use at the class) including basic equipment required and other equipment that makes bigger/bulk batches quicker/easier.
- Hands-on scone making (the fun, floury part!) --> plus lots more recipes in the course notes included.
- Ingredients to use in the class to make your scones.
- Printed course notes with recipes, tips, links and other scone recipe recommendations.
- Plus tea, coffee and catering (scones, butter, jam, cream, tea and coffee).

Unfortunately due to the nature of this hands only class, we're only able to accomadate 18yrs+
